PC Construction played a key role in the successful delivery of the Somerville Residences, a boutique development of eight high-end apartments on Southbourne Street in Scarborough.

Contracted by JA Construction, Paul was engaged as Construction Manager, overseeing the build from start to finish across a 14-month timeline.

The multi-million dollar project, developed by Leapfrog Property and designed by Hartree + Associates Architects, featured traditional suspended slab and brickwork construction, highlighted by contemporary NewTechWood cladding.

PC Construction managed all aspects of the project including estimating, trade procurement, scheduling, and contractor supervision. We conducted regular OH&S assessments, liaised with consultants and trades, and ensured the construction aligned with the architect’s vision and high design standards. With its technical detailing, custom cabinetry, and complex services, the build required careful planning and hands-on leadership—delivered with precision by PC Construction.
