Builder: Mode Living

PC Construction recently completed the build and site supervision of a contemporary home in Dunsborough, contracted by Mode Living. The project included a striking main residence with a skillion roof and a separate self-contained retreat featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living area, perfect for guests or extended family.

The home showcases NewTechWood cladding at the front for a modern, low-maintenance finish, along with engineered timber flooring throughout for warmth and style. Custom double-glazed commercial windows were installed to enhance energy efficiency and natural light.

Built entirely on site, the timber-framed structure was constructed by Paul and the team, delivering a high-quality, thoughtfully designed home tailored to modern coastal living.
